 | Margaret A. "Peg" Cleveland, Secretary Peg is a graduate of Williamson High School and retired from First Citizens National Bank in 2008. She has two children, five grandchildren, one great grandson and is the widow of Ralph Cleveland who died in 2001. | ||
 | Keith Graver, Staff Keith moved to Tioga County from Lehighton, PA after serving four years in the U.S. Army Security Agency. A graduate of Mansfield University, Keith served as a teacher at Warren L. Miller Elementary School and Principal of R.B. Walters Elementary School and Millerton Elementary School. He retired in 2001 from Mansfield University as an administrator of non-credit continuning education and Director of the Municipal Police Training Academy. Keith and his wife, Sylvia, reside in Mansfield. They are the proud parents of one son. | ||
 | Carl A. Steingraber, Staff Carl was born and raised in Reading, PA. He moved to Mansfield to continue his education shortly after marriage to his wife, Barbara. He is the proud father of two children. Carl was a teacher at Cowanesque Valley High School in Westfield, PA. He decided to leave the classroom in 1981 and became a college administrator at Mansfield University. Carl retired in 2004 after thirty-one years of service in both secondary and higher education. | ||

 | William A. "Bill" Herbst, Staff Bill is a native of Reading, PA. He is a graduate of Governor Mifflin High School and the Pennsylvania State Police Academy. Bill retired from the Pennsylvania State Police as a Corporal with 31 years of service.He and his wife, Marlene, reside in Mansfield, PA. | ||

Prior to her retirement, she served for 29 1/2 years as a manager and executive secretary with Mansfield University of PA. Marlene and her husband, Bill, have three children and 7 grandchildren. | ||

 | Tyler Currie, Staff Tyler was born in Elmira, NY, and shortly after moved to Ozark, AR, where he resided for 7 years. Upon returning to the Troy area in his teens, he attended and graduated from the Troy Area High School. He is currently attending Mansfield University in order to obtain his bachelor's degree. |
