Keith moved to Tioga County from Lehighton, PA after serving four years in the U.S. Army Security Agency. A graduate of Mansfield University, Keith served as a teacher at Warren L. Miller Elementary School and  Principal of R.B. Walters Elementary School and Millerton Elementary School.  He retired in 2001 from Mansfield University as an administrator of non-credit continuning education and Director of the Municipal Police Training Academy.  Keith and his wife, Sylvia, reside in Mansfield. They are the proud parents of one son.
