Carl A. Steingraber, Staff
Carl was born and raised in Reading, PA. He moved to Mansfield to continue his education shortly after marriage to his wife, Barbara. He is the proud father of two children. Carl was a teacher at Cowanesque Valley High School in Westfield, PA. He decided to leave the classroom in 1981 and became a college administrator at Mansfield University. Carl retired in 2004 after thirty-one years of service in both secondary and higher education.
