Marlene is a native of Port Carbon, PA. She is a graduate of Pottsville Area High School. Prior to her retirement, she served for 29 1/2 years as a manager and executive secretary with Mansfield University of PA. Marlene and her husband, Bill, have three children and 7 grandchildren.
